Good news for Apple Watch users! The Apple watchOS 10 supported devices list is the same as the watchOS 9 one. All Apple Watch models that are able to run OS 9 are also compatible with watchOS 10!

watchOS 10 Requirements
To be able to run watchOS 10 on your device you need a paired iPhone running iOS 17! This means that you need an iPhone XS, XS Max, XR or later!
Apple Watches that are not compatible with watchOS 10
It should come as no surprise that the below models of the Apple Watch won’t be compatible with watchOS 10, as they weren’t compatible with watchOS 9 previously.
But for the sake of clarity, the following list of older Apple Watch models won’t work with watchOS 10.
- Apple Watch (1st generation)
- Apple Watch Series 1
- Apple Watch Series 2
- Apple Watch Series 3
iPhones that are not compatible with watchOS 10
The following iPhones aren’t compatible with iOS 17, and therefore won’t be able to connect to an Apple Watch running watchOS 10:
